Update, 11:26 p.m.: WTOP is reporting that all lanes are open between Conncecticut and Georgia avenues on the Beltway's outer loop.
The roadway has been cleared after a tractor-trailer overturned early Sunday.
Update, 10:04 a.m.: Two lanes are now open on the Beltway's outer loop after a tractor-trailer jackknifed between Connecticut and Georgia avenues, according to a Maryland State Police spokesman.

Original post, 8:57 a.m.: Only one lane is open to traffic after a tractor-trailer jackknifed on the outer loop of the Beltway between Connecticut and Georgia avenues Sunday morning, said a Maryland State Police spokesman.
Oil and gas are on the roadway. Drivers are encouraged to proceed with caution.
