Service is already live in parts of Lexington Park, with the agreement allowing future expansion countywide, added support for government and educational channels, and potential franchise fee revenue for local government.

Traffic Stop in Lexington Park Leads to DUI and Drug Charges for Lusby Man (smnewsnet.com) — A July 26 traffic stop in Lexington Park led to DUI and drug charges against a 57-year-old Lusby man after a deputy reported erratic driving near Three Notch and Mattapany roads. Authorities say they smelled alcohol, observed signs of impairment, and later found tramadol pills in a bottle labeled for another medication before releasing him on unsecured bond with strict conditions.
4. Lexington Park Drug Bust Reveals Tiny Detail That Triggered Machine Gun Charges, Sheriff Says (dailyvoice.com) — Deputies say a search of a Lexington Park home on Mary Margaret Court uncovered suspected cocaine, drug paraphernalia, cash, and two handguns, one allegedly modified for rapid fire. A 45-year-old Lexington Park man was arrested and remains held in Leonardtown pending a bond hearing on multiple felony charges.
