• Starbucks Signage Removed and Windows Papered Over Following Permanent Closure (mocoshow.com) — Starbucks has permanently closed its Pike & Rose café on Grand Park Avenue, quickly stripping signage and papering over the windows, with no new tenant yet announced. Local customers are being redirected to the nearby Starbucks at 17 Paseo Drive in North Bethesda, as the company trims underperforming locations, including another recent closure in White Oak.
