Accused Odenton Bank Robber Also Charged in Baltimore Hold-Ups
A Pasadena man faces charges for robbing the M&T bank in Odenton, as well two Baltimore banks, Anne Arundel County Police say.

ODENTON, MD — A Pasadena man faces charges for robbing an Odenton bank Monday, as well as a bank in Baltimore County on May 20, authorities say.
Anne Arundel County Police have charged Louis Todd Romm, 42, of the 100 block of Waldo Road in Pasadena with holding up the M&T Bank on Blair Drive in Odenton Monday afternoon.
Police say Romm gave a note to a bank teller which demanded cash, and the teller handed over the money as instructed. The suspect, believed to be Romm, then ran from the bank toward the county library on Annapolis Road.

Detectives learned that Baltimore County Police were investigating a May 20 bank robbery in their jurisdiction and Romm was believed to the suspect in that case, too.
Investigators allege that Romm committed two robberies in Baltimore County.

He was taken into custody by Anne Arundel County officers and robbery detectives in Baltimore County.
Romm is charged with two counts of robbery in connection with the Baltimore County incidents and is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
He is also charged with armed robbery and related offenses tied to the Anne Arundel County robbery.
A booking photograph of Romm has not been released by authorities.
