BWI Passenger Banned From Flight Bites, Kicks Police Officers
A California woman bit and kicked police officers multiple times at BWI after American Airlines determined she was too drunk to fly.

HANOVER, MD — A woman from Sacramento, Calif., was denied entry onto a flight at Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport Sunday, Aug. 18, and her stop in Hanover went downhill from there. Numerous passengers complained about the woman's drunkenness and refused to be on the same flight as her.
American Airlines representatives told 31-year-old Kiyoshi Andrea Bill she would not be allowed to board the flight and would have to change her ticket for a different day, police reported. According to the Baltimore Sun, officers found Bill in the boarding area “causing a disturbance” by filming other passengers with her cellphone and speaking loudly. When officers approached Bill, officers said they smelled alcohol on her breath and they noticed her struggling to maintain her balance. Her speech also was slurred, officers reported.
Bill reportedly bit and kicked officers as they tried to escort her outside of security to a ticket counter so she could rebook her flight. After officers handcuffed her and attempted to place her in a squad car, she continued to kick and bite them. Eventually, they had to carry her.
