3-Car Crash Closes Telegraph Road, Hospitalizes Multiple People
A Friday morning crash closed part of Telegraph Road for about an hour. The accident sent a few people to the hospital with minor injuries.
ODENTON, MD — A three-car crash closed the northbound side of Telegraph Road just before Maryland Route 32. Police say the Friday morning accident hospitalized multiple people with minor injuries. Police did not disclose the number of people hurt.
The Anne Arundel County Police Department announced the crash on Twitter just past noon. After closing the northbound half of Telegraph Road beneath the Route 32 overpass, police reopened it around 1 p.m. The southbound side of the divided street remained open throughout the investigation.
The three cars were a blue Chrysler 200, a black Nissan Altima and a grey minivan. The front bumper of the Chrysler fell off.

The Nissan came to a stop at facing south on the northbound side of the street. Its driver's side door dangled by the hinges.
The minivan stopped too far inside the police perimeter to discern its damage.

Police have not announced the cause of the crash.
