Linthicum Shooting Prompts Arrest Of Baltimore Man 3 Weeks Later: Police

Three weeks after a Linthicum shooting, police said they arrested the accused Baltimore man.

The Anne Arundel County Police Department said it on Friday arrested 29-year-old Juan Pablo Garcia Rodas of Baltimore in connection with an Oct. 23 shooting in Linthicum.

LINTHICUM, MD — Police announced that they on Friday arrested a Baltimore man in connection with an October Linthicum shooting. Officers identified the arrestee as 29-year-old Juan Pablo Garcia Rodas.

Authorities accused the suspect of shooting a man multiple times on Oct. 23 while the victim was walking down West Nursery Road around 8 a.m. A press release said medics took the man, who was in serious or critical condition, to an unnamed trauma center.

Officers think this was a targeted act of violence.
