HANOVER, MD — A man reportedly hit in the face by an errant roulette wheel ball has lost his $300,000 lawsuit against Maryland Live Casino for injuries he reportedly suffered.
Leander Stocks of Washington, D.C., claimed the game operator was running the roulette wheel in a negligent manner, which caused the ball to go airborne and strike him, according to the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Washington.
