Planet Fitness Now Open 24/7—For Real

Planet Fitness has always advertised itself as a 24-hour gym. But members like myself know that it's been a slightly misleading claim, because the fitness center on Annapolis Road in Hanover closed late on Friday nights and in the early evenings on weekends.

Now, that's changed. I stopped by Tuesday night and saw a new sign announcing that the gym will truly be open 24 hours, including weekends. The only time the gym will be closed is on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

So now I have even less of an excuse not to go work out.
