SHENANDOAH COUNTY, VA — An Owings Mills man is charged with a felony after Virginia State Police said he gave chase and got into a hit-and-run crash. The pursuit reached speeds of 100 mph and spanned three counties, officials said.

Hardari R. Williams, 24, of Owings Mills, was charged with multiple offenses, including two felonies — for eluding police and hit-and-run — and police said he did not have a license.

The charges came after the Augusta County Sheriff's Office pursued Williams, who was in a Toyota Matrix, before 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 5.
