Deadly Reisterstown Stabbing: Victim's Boyfriend Denied Bail
Police have identified the victim in the weekend homicide as well as the suspect.

REISTERSTOWN, MD — After a woman was fatally stabbed near Reisterstown Friday, officials say they have arrested her boyfriend. He had recently moved out, according to police.
Jimmy Foye Sr., 60, is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center after a bail review hearing Monday afternoon, court records show.
Foye, whose latest address was in the unit block of Mopec Court near Parkville, is charged with first-degree murder.

Officials said Ruiz had been stabbed multiple times in the upper body when police were called to her home in the unit block of Woodbench Court in Reisterstown, where she was pronounced dead at the scene on Friday, Jan. 3.
Neighbors told WBAL that Foye's vehicle had been there on and off recently, and they described him as "nice"; another resident interviewed by WJZ described Ruiz as "nice" as well and said the couple had never seemed to have any domestic issues at their home.
