The new lease keeps the Under Armour Performance Center in town for at least another decade, supporting hundreds of jobs and significant tax revenue while upgrading both player facilities and office space. 
• Baltimore County breaks ground on first-ever public splash pad (wmar2news.com) — Northwest Regional Park in Owings Mills is getting Baltimore County's first public splash pad, a $6.4 million project expected to open in 2028.
