Man convicted in I-795 overpass rape wanted by US Marshals, agents say (foxbaltimore.com) — Federal authorities are searching for Clarence Rogers, convicted of raping a woman after she left the Owings Mills Metro stop and walked along Painters Mill Road near the I-795 overpass. Released from prison in 2025, he allegedly failed to register as a sex offender and disappeared, prompting U.S. Marshals to ask Owings Mills and Baltimore-area residents for tips on his whereabouts.
