UFood Grill Opens at Owings Mills Metro Centre

OWINGS MILLS, MD — Ufood Grill, which specializes in healthy food made from fresh ingredients, is now open at the Owings Mills Metro Centre.

"Nutritious and delicious" is the tagline for the company; this is the first Maryland location for Ufood, a fast-casual franchise headquartered in Massachusetts. Stephen Goldberg, M.D., a Howard County forensic psychiatrist, owns the Owings Mills location.

Ufood incorporates many organic ingredients in its breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes, from kale smoothies and curry masala bowls to burgers made from grass-fed organic beef. There are also vegan and gluten-free options.

Customers can order at kiosks, the counter or on the line. Prices tend to be under $10. See the menu here.
