16-Year-Old Killed in Crash North of Perry Hall: Police

One teen died, two were hospitalized after weekend crash involving pole, tree and vehicle flip, Baltimore County police reported.

HYDES, MD – A teen was killed and two others were injured in a crash over the weekend in Hydes, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

Kyle Snow, 16, was declared deceased when authorities responded to the scene of the crash in the 13200 block of Bottom Road at approximately 1 p.m. on Saturday, police reported.

Snow, of the 4600 block of Woodlea Avenue in Baltimore, was in the backseat of a Dodge Ram that lost control, hit a pole, flipped and crashed into a tree as it was headed south on Bottom Road, according to police.

The 17-year-old driver and his 16-year-old passenger were both taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where officials said both boys were expected to survive their injuries.

The Baltimore County Police Crash Team is investigating the serious collision, which authorities said was expected to take several weeks.
