May 22-23: White Marsh Boulevard Overnight Closure
The I-95 Express Toll Lanes project at MD 43 is underway.
Night work is expected to disrupt traffic in the White Marsh area late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
Between 10 p.m. on May 22 and 5 a.m. on May 23, as part of the , Exit 67B from northbound Interstate 95 to westbound MD 43 (White Marsh Boulevard) will be closed, Maryland Transportation Authority officials announced.
A detour is planned from Exit 67A (eastbound White Marsh Boulevard), to eastbound MD 7 (Philadelphia Road), to westbound White Marsh Boulevard.

The ultimate goal of the project is to replace the MD 43 bridges over I-95 and attach planned toll lanes to MD 43. When complete, drivers may travel on existing lanes of I-95 at no additional cost, or may use express lanes by paying a toll, according to an MDTA release.
The White Marsh portion of the project comes at a $142.6 million cost and is expected to create 400 new jobs, officials stated.

The total project, which stretches from north of White Marsh along I-95 to south of the Interstate 895/Moravia Road interchange, comes at a $1.03 billion cost and is expected to be finished by 2014.
