New Videos Show Paramedic Urinating In Juice, Chili At Work: Report
The Baltimore Co. paramedic accused of masturbating at his workplace was denied bail Thursday and deemed a public threat, reports said.
BALTIMORE CO., MD — New details have emerged in the case of Christopher Carroll, the 36-year-old paramedic charged after he was accused of masturbating and placing his bodily fluids on equipment used by his coworkers, according to reports.
Lauren Stone, the assistant state's attorney for Baltimore County, revealed during Thursday's bail hearing that new video reviewed by investigators showed Carroll contaminated an extensive number of items in a firehouse, WBAL reported.
In addition to the videos tied to the 23 charges Carroll is already facing, new footage showed Carroll ejaculating or urinating into a carton of orange juice, soap dispensers, a pot of chili left on the stove, lip balm, a can of vegetables, a firehouse air conditioning vent, and into a can of scented room spray that was in the waiting room of his doctor's office.

In his efforts to convince District Judge Marsha Russell to approve Carroll's bail request, defense attorney Seth Okin said the paramedic has been undergoing intensive mental health therapy in the time that he lived with his father in Pennsylvania.
However, Carroll was ultimately denied bail after Russell concluded there was no guarantee he would not pose a threat to the public.
“I don’t know where it stems from, if it’s mental health, if it’s a game, if it’s for kicks, I don’t know,” Russell said during proceedings, according to The Banner. "This has been going on for a few months. We don’t know how long … this has been going on. There are people probably still now that don’t even know that they have been affected.”
The former paramedic appeared before the court virtually as he remains at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
Outside the courtroom, Okin acknowledged that Carroll did not pose a flight risk, but that "we have questionable behavior that could indirectly affect others," The Baltimore Sun reported.
How Did We Get Here?
The Baltimore County Police Department started its investigation into Carroll in December 2025 after reports began to surface that he had filmed himself masturbating on various items, including food, work equipment at firehouses and iceboxes.
Those recordings were shared across social media pages and paid online subscription websites such as OnlyFans. WBAL reported that the monthly subscription cost for users was $7.
Carroll was identified in the case as he had shown his face in the video. His recognizable tattoos also contributed to positive identifications by authorities.
Carroll's estranged wife also previously claimed in a separate civil court hearing that he'd masturbated on her toothbrush and inside a mouthwash bottle.
The 36-year-old has also said that the videos were intended to be part of a role play he engaged in with other individuals, and that none of the items seen in the recordings belonged to anyone but him, according to the Sun.
Carroll is presently facing 10 years in prison for each bodily fluid charge, as well as fines of up to $2,500.
