PHHS Places High in Track & Field Championships

The Gators excelled in runs, hurdles, pole-vaulting and relays.

Perry Hall High School athletes placed high in the Baltimore County Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Saturday.

Highlights included: 

  • Sophomore Vince Ciatti placed first in the varsity 3,200-meter run.
  • Senior Akeel Alleyne placed fifth in the varsity 300-meter hurdles.
  • Sophomore Patrick Alluisi placed first in the junior varsity 300-meter hurdles.
  • Freshman James Nicholas placed second in the junior varsity pole vault.
  • Freshman Amanda Wang placed third in the junior varsity 400-meter run.
  • Sophomore Robin McFaul placed third in junior varsity 800-meter run.
  • The Gators placed first in the men's junior varsity 4 x 800 relay, fourth in the men's junior varsity 4 x 100 relay, and first in the women's junior varsity 4 x 400 relay. 

On May 21, the team will compete regionally at Woodlawn High School.
