The Gators defeated St. Paul's School Saturday morning 21-19.

said he's optimistic about the new season.

"We got the start we wanted. Now we've just got to keep rolling," said.

Perry Hall will play its next game at Catonsville High School at 7 p.m. on Sept. 9.
