PHOTOS: Kids Devour Pies at Perry Hall Apple Festival

Patch snapped some sticky photos of the Saturday event.

Apple pie filling literally went up their noses.

On Saturday during Perry Hall's first-ever Apple Festival, a group of kids hit the table for a ravenous contest of pie consumption.

Originally intended as a contest for adults, Meals on Wheels representatives (who judged) and Perry Hall Improvement Association volunteers (who organized) adjusted the rules so the kids wouldn't have to devour an entire pie.
