Police Activity Clears Near White Marsh, Lanes Reopen
Lane closures lasted several hours Friday morning on Interstate 95 north in the area of White Marsh Boulevard.

Two lanes were closed on Interstate 95 Friday morning for police activity in the White Marsh area.
After 9 a.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority reported that all lanes had reopened.
Previously, two left lanes were blocked on I-95 north beyond the exit for White Marsh Boulevard/MD 43 for what transportation officials said was police activity after 6:30 a.m.

The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company advised northbound travelers to take the express toll lanes if possible.
"Expect police activity and extended closure," the fire company said in a statement after clearing the scene, where state troopers remained. "Use of the ETL lanes would be a better idea."
