Army personnel called police for assistance, and Baltimore County sent in negotiators and tactical teams due to the sensitive nature of the property.
Officials said Muchanic came out of the building after speaking with authorities and was immediately brought into custody.
Court records show he was booked and released from the detention center on Monday. Muchanic is scheduled to appear regarding the trespassing charge on July 5 in Baltimore County District Court.
