County Improperly Allowed Residents To Use Beach Privately

Anne Arundel County officials have been allowing a community association exclusive access to 1,860 feet of what the Maryland Natural Resources Department claims is a public shoreline at Beverly Beach and violates a grant agreement. If the park is opened to the public, the association said the public will not be allowed to park in the community to access the land.
