• Details of the Havre de Grace Amtrak land deal are still unclear (harfordcountysun.com) — Perryville residents are in line for a major update on Amtrak's long-planned replacement of the Susquehanna River Rail Bridge, which will expand from two to four tracks between Havre de Grace and Perryville. While Havre de Grace is still negotiating which city properties Amtrak will buy or use, the $2.7 billion project and upcoming community briefing will shape future train traffic and construction impacts on both sides of the river.
