2 Rescued From Overturned Car In Chesapeake & Ohio Canal: MCFRS
Two people were rescued from a car that overturned in the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Wednesday morning.

POTOMAC, MD — Two people were rescued from a car that overturned in the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Wednesday morning.
The incident happened around 7 a.m. near Great Falls Tavern in Potomac, according to Pete Piringer, spokesman for the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service. Both victims were taken to hospital, one of which was a trauma patient.
It is unclear how the car ended up in the water.
