East West Tae Kwon Do Offers Self Defense Seminar for Teens and Adults

Potomac, MD – On Sunday, June 7 from 3-5PM, East West Tae Kwon Do in Potomac, Maryland will hold a special self-defense seminar for teens and adults. At this event, attendees ages 10 and older will learn basic kicks, releases, strikes and safety tips in the event of front, back, and ground attacks. This seminar is open to the public. No experience is necessary.
