POTOMAC, MD — A 50-year-old Potomac man has died while scuba diving in the Florida Keys, according to The Associated Press.

Authorities say Kamran Youssefieh was diving in Little Conch Reef on Tuesday when he was found face down without a pressure regulator — the device that keeps you breathing underwater.

A crew aboard the Conch Republic Dive Charter Boat pulled the unconscious man out of the water and began CPR, the AP reports. Youssefieh was taken to Tavernier Creek Marina where he was pronounced dead.
