Join us Saturday, April 18th at 5:00pm for SOUL101! Rockstar instructors will provide instruction on the fundamentals so beginner riders can learn the basics (how to ride to the beat with proper form + resistance) and crash-learn the SOULisms heard in every class.
SOUL101 is $40, including shoes/water. Participants will receive a special edition SOUL 101 t-shirt when theyโve completed the class.
