Westwood celebrates season of giving with holiday social
Hot cocoa, charity drive, Santa and more
Taking selfies may be the trend. But, giving unseflishly is the spirit of the holiday season.
Westwood Shopping Center is partnering with two local nonprofits for a free Holiday Social and Charity Drive on Tuesday, Dec. 15, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Donโt miss Santa who will arrive at Westwood with the help of the Glen Echo Fire Department to celebrate the season of giving. Santa will be visiting until 6:30 p.m. Donate gently used coats to benefit GEFDโs partnership with MetroAid and/or new, unwrapped toys to benefit the National Center for Children and Families on Greentree Road in Bethesda.

There will also be hot cocoa to sip, music to enjoy and a photo booth to capture your best holiday shot and more.
Look for the tentโand the fire truckโin the Westwood Shopping Center parking lot adjacent to Anglo Dutch Pools and Toys.
