Eagle Title Welcomes Wendy Gotte to the Southern Maryland Team

Eagle Title is proud to welcome Wendy Gotte as a Settlement Officer in our Prince Frederick office.

With more than 24 years of real estate and settlement experience, Wendy brings a deep understanding of the closing process and a strong reputation for organization, attention to detail, and keeping transactions on track from contract to close.

Originally from California, Wendy spent 18 years as an Escrow Officer before expanding her expertise in South Carolina, where she gained valuable loan processing experience during the rollout of TRID regulations. Since relocating to Southern Maryland in 2021, she has continued to build a reputation for delivering smooth, efficient closings.

Wendy joins Eagle Title’s Southern Maryland team alongside Zanna Clayton, strengthening our ability to serve clients, agents, and lenders across the region.
