Female Singer-Songwriter Showcase at the Tree of Life Cafe

The Tree of Life Cafe features female singer-songwriters in May, performing a mix of originals and covers.

Just in time for Mother’s Day—It’s a female singer-songwriter showcase at the Tree of Life Cafe on Sunday, May 10 from 7:00 to 9:30 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Rockville. Composed of Maryland artists Gerri Smith and Donate Gardner, award-winning AtThisPoint bring an inspirational, catchy, and storytelling flair to the folk, pop, Indie, blues, and jazz genres. Good friends Jeff Carow, Dalton Potter, and JoAnn McIlvried will join in at the Cafe. Michelle Michelle, a local duo comprised of Michelle Murray and Michelle Lockey, will perform a combination of originals and covers spanning the Americana, folk, country, and pop genres. Suggested donation is $15. Coffee is free, and other drinks and snacks will be available.
