• Hit-and-run victim identified as Rockville woman (thebanner.com) — A 62-year-old Rockville woman, Saijuan Chen, has been identified as the victim of a fatal hit-and-run after being struck by a Jeep Wrangler while crossing Arctic Avenue near Bel Pre Road. Police have located a vehicle and driver but released no arrest details, and they're asking anyone with information to call investigators as they continue piecing together what happened.
