The Terraces at Tuckerman Lane has achieved the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living's (AHCA/NCAL's) prestigious “Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award” for the senior living community’s dedication to improving the lives of its residents through quality care. The community is located at 5550 Tuckerman Lane in North Bethesda.

AHCA/NCAL, the nation’s largest industry association, represents more than 15,000 long-term care facilities. Now celebrating its 30th anniversary, AHCA/NCAL’s National Quality Award Program is a rigorous three-level process in which organizations are reviewed and evaluated by trained experts against a set of nationally recognized standards for excellence.
