• New video shows what led to police shooting of woman in Severn, Maryland (cbsnews.com) — Body camera footage has been released from a May police shooting on Pioneer Drive in Severn, where Anne Arundel officers fired at a driver who allegedly struck an officer and several vehicles. The woman was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and now faces multiple assault, carjacking, and reckless endangerment charges, while the injured officer has been treated and released.
