2014 FALL HARVEST FESTIVAL AT KINDER FARM PARK

The annual Fall Harvest Festival at Kinder Farm Park will be held on Saturday, October 11th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. There are new games, more farm animals, restored farmhouse tours and an apple slingshot added this year. The tobacco barn will be open for museum tours this year, but that means no Boo Barn; however, there are so many other things to do, you’ll hardly notice. More food vendors also. As always, the favorites - hayrides, pumpkin and face painting, corn cannons, pony rides and numerous crafts and games are still there.

Volunteers ages middle school to adult are needed on the day before for set-up, the day of the event, as well as the day after for clean-up. Service learning hours awarded. Food and drinks provided for our volunteers.
