Beer Truck Overturns In Aspen Hill, Injuring Two: Officials
A delivery truck carrying beer overturned in Aspen Hill on Tuesday morning.

SILVER SPRING, MD — Two people are injured after a delivery truck carrying beer overturned in Aspen Hill, fire officials say.
The crash happened around 9 a.m. at the intersection of Connecticut and Georgia avenues. The truck was the only vehicle involved in the crash, said Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service spokesman Pete Piringer.
Two adults were in the vehicle when it flipped. One of them had to be rescued from the wreck, according to Piringer.

The extent of their injuries are unclear at this time.
Several lanes were closed during cleanup. All lanes have have since reopened.
