Missing 14-Year-Old Last Seen Tuesday At Silver Spring Home: Police
Montgomery County Police are asking the public's help in locating a missing Silver Spring girl, who was last seen on Tuesday night.

Gaithersburg, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Ruth Ochoa, a missing 14-year-old from Silver Spring.

Ruth was last seen on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at approximately 7 p.m., at her residence on Gateshead Manor Way in Silver Spring.
Ruth is approximately 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a black book bag.

Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
