Silver Spring Man Charged With Robbery: Montgomery County Police

A Silver Spring resident accused of robbing a Bank of America customer​ in November has been arrested and charged, according to police.

SILVER SPRING, MD — A Silver Spring resident accused of robbing a Bank of America customer late last year has been arrested, according to authorities.

Dominick Anthony Brown, 29, of the 14000 block of Castle Blvd., was charged with robbery, court records show.

Montgomery County Police said the incident happened the night of Nov. 6. Shortly before 10 p.m., a Montgomery County resident was depositing money at a Bank of America ATM on Outlet Drive in Silver Spring. According to officials, Brown walked up to the machine, assaulted the victim, and demanded cash.

Detectives arrested Brown on Wednesday and is being held on a $10,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in District Court on March 8.

The Silver Spring resident will also appear in court on Monday for a separate incident. According to court records, Brown was charged with theft in connection to a Dec. 10 incident.
