Hello! I'm looking for a subletter for a 11' x 12' bedroom in Takoma, NW DC, available as early as February 1st, 2013. The apartment is a 975 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at the Elevation 314 apartment property in NW DC (http://momidc.com/Elevation314/elevationMain.html). Rent is $950 per month, with all utilities included except electric. Security deposit is $800. Credit check is required with the application (application fee is $25). I am willing to cover the application fee if you apply.

My roommate is a professional male in his late 20s, seeking a responsible male or female tenant to take over my portion of the lease, which ends July 31st, 2013. From there, the two remaining tenants can go month-to-month, or consider renewing the lease.

The move-in date is flexible. I would like to be out of the apartment by February 15th, latest.
