As Fritzie Seidler departs home to California, she leaves behind her artistic creativity and love for her Takoma Park community
Fritzie Seidler proves through her art that nothing should be considered "trash."
The expression, "one man's trash is another man's treasure" could not be more relevant with her artwork.
Fritzie creates art and a vision with just about anything. Rusted Metal, bike wheels, tiles, beads, you name it.

Known for her art and presence in the Takoma Park community, she is a creator, a teacher, and a friend.
Fritzie, with the help of many people of all ages, helped create various projects. Notably are the mosaic tile works on the walls on Westmoreland Avenue (across from Spring Park) and her Mosaic Mural on the outside of the Takoma Park Public Library (on Philadelphia Avenue).

After eight magical years in Takoma Park, where she has touched so many with her art, her teaching, and her friendship, Fritzie is moving back home to California.
