The award-winning womens a cappella Capital Accord Chorus is hosting a Spring Benefit Concert on Sunday, April 7 at 4 p.m. The event will take place at the James Hubert Blake High School, 300 Norwood Road, Silver Spring, MD 20905.
The concert will feature performances by the Capital Accord Chorus, Clustered Spires, and several quartets and will benefit Blake’s ‘After Prom’ event which last year provided safe and fun entertainment for approximately 500 of the high school students after the dance. It will also serve as a dress rehearsal for our Region 19 Sweet Adelines International women’s a cappella barbershop competition April 19-21, 2013, in Ocean City.
Donations to benefit Blake's popular 'After-Prom' event are requested. Refreshments will also be available for purchase prior to the show.
