Missing Takoma Park Man Needs Medicine: Police

TAKOMA PARK, MD — Detectives from the Takoma Park Police Department are investigating the disappearance of a missing Takoma Park man.

Ernest Eakes, 49, was last seen Monday at about 10 p.m. in the 8300 block of Flower Ave., police said. Eakes is in need of medication, which he does not have with him.

Police describe Eakes as a white male, 5'9-5'10, 150-160 lbs., with long brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a Redskins jersey, shorts or jeans, brown shoes and possibly a black hat.
