• 21-Year-Old Montgomery County Man Charged With Rape, Assault and False Imprisonment (mocoshow.com) — Takoma Park Police have charged a 21-year-old Silver Spring man in connection with an alleged rape and assault reported at a Takoma Park residence, after the victim sought help at White Oak Medical Center. Investigators arranged for the suspect to come to the Takoma Park Police station, where he was arrested and taken to central processing. Police stress the investigation is ongoing and all defendants are presumed innocent.
