Police Arrest Men for Possession, Distribution of Cocaine
Officers say they interrupted a drug sale in a restaurant bathroom.

Takoma Park Police arrested two men they say were in the middle of a cocaine transaction in the bathroom of Tijuana Cafe on Wednesday.
Jose O. Arbaiza, a 46-year-old Hyattsville resident, was charged with possession of cocaine, and Romeo Hernandez, 37, was charged with distribution, possession and resisting arrest, according to police.
An officer came to Tijuana Cafe on Wednesday night to check on the restaurant and found the two men conducting a drug transaction in the bathroom, police said. Arbaiza was arrested without incident, but Hernandez violently resisted and was eventually tased, according to police.

Paramedics responding to the scene said Hernandez was under the influence of cocaine, police said.
Hernandez, who initially gave officers a fake name, was wanted by Montgomery County Police in connection with a sex offense, according to police.
