2 Men Wanted In Takoma Park Armed Robbery, Police Say

TAKOMA PARK, MD — Police in Takoma Park are searching for two men in connection to an armed robbery of a man near Anne Street and Lockney Avenue.

At about 10:09 p.m. Monday, the victim was walking home when a vehicle pulled up along side him. A man exited the vehicle, displayed a knife and demanded the victim's property, police said. A second subject stayed inside the vehicle.

The victim complied and the subject got back into the vehicle and left the area heading towards University Blvd.

Police described the subjects as two Hispanic males. One suspect weighed approximately 172 pounds and was last seen wearing a white shirt and black pants, police said. The vehicle description is unknown.
