WGTS Radio Hosts Free Fall Concert October 1
WGTS Radio, 91.9 FM, is hosting a fall "Thank You" concert on October 1 from 7-8:30 p.m.

Washington Adventist University’s own WGTS radio station, 91.9 FM, is hosting a fall “Thank You” concert on October 1 from 7-8:30 p.m. The concert will be held at Sligo Seventh-day Adventist Church, located at 7700 Carroll Ave. in Takoma Park, Md. 22192 (at the corner of Carroll and Flower Ave.).
The free concert will feature the music of MIKESCHAIR, a Christian rock group that seeks to inspire with uplifting music and messages of commitment and hope. Mike Grayson and the group will share their music and their hearts, and will reflect all that’s special about the nation’s capital in this fundraiser event.

Washington Adventist University is Montgomery County’s only four-year private college. Part of the Seventh-day Adventist system of higher education, Washington Adventist University has been educating college students since 1904 on a 19-acre campus in suburban Takoma Park, close to the nation’s capital. A total of 1,185 students of all faiths participate in the university’s eight graduate and 32 undergraduate programs.
