FUN FACTS: 'LOST' Actor Lives in Lutherville-Timonium

The popular ABC show ended a year ago today.

The "Smoke Monster" lives in Lutherville-Timonium.

For the uninitiated, I'm referring to a fictitious specter that plagued the island characters in ABC's hit television show LOST.

The show ended one year ago today. One of its main actors, Terry O'Quinn, who played a central character named John Locke, is a Lutherville-Timonium resident.

Patch dropped by O'Quinn's home for an interview Monday afternoon. Unfortunately, we were turned away by O'Quinn's wife Lori.

Patch is still unsure if it was in fact O'Quinn's wife, or just The Man in Black. (A little LOST humor.)

O'Quinn's credits since LOST include two television movies: Taken from Me: The Tiffany Rubin Story and Hallelujah, currently in pre-production.

The actor moved back to the area after spending some time in Hawaii while shooting LOST's final season.

"Although always friendly onset, he keeps private and mysterious habits apart from his younger LOST (2004) co-stars, who often get together for wild parties when not shooting," according to O'Quinn's IMDB trivia page. "He keeps this enigmatic aura so they will regard him similarly to the way they regard his mysterious character Locke."

And so the mystery lives on.
