• Baltimore County Council unanimously backs transit-oriented development designation for Lutherville Station (wmar2news.com) — A major redevelopment at Lutherville Station just cleared a key hurdle, as the Baltimore County Council unanimously backed a state transit-oriented development designation for the 12.77-acre site by the Lutherville Light Rail Station. The plan currently envisions 325 apartments plus extensive retail and office space, though it still must secure state TOD approval and pass Baltimore County's full development review process before any construction begins.
