71-Year-Old Woman Missing from Towson Found Safe: Police

She was last seen at St. Joseph's, according to the Baltimore County Police Department..

A woman missing from Towson Saturday was found unharmed in Baltimore City, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

Doris Lucille Rascoe, 71, was last seen Saturday afternoon at St. Joseph Medical Center, police said.

Police described Roscoe as a black woman who is 5’4” and 180 pounds.

When she was last seen at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, she was wearing a brown wig, black shirt with blue sleeves and black tights, according to the report.

At approximately 9:15 p.m., police reported that Rascoe had been located.
