Brightview Towson Hosts Lunch with a Cause

Proceeds from the Thursday Lunch Benefit the Alzheimer's Association

Brightview Towson, located at 20 East Burke Avenue in Towson, is hosting Lunch with a Cause on Thursday, October 15 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.

The greater community is invited to enjoy a delicious chef-prepared meal and experience the exceptional lifestyle and services the community has to offer. The cost is $5.00 and proceeds benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.

“We are honored to support the important work of the Alzheimer’s Association,” explains Heather Wojcik, Executive Director.

The menu will offer two options as well as soup and a salad.  Attendees are invited to dine-in or take out.

In 2015, according to the Alzheimer’s Association, an estimated 5.3 million Americans have Alzheimer’s disease, the sixth leading cause of death in the United States. In addition, last year, family and friends of people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias provided an estimated 17.9 billion hours of unpaid care, a contribution to the nation valued at $217.7 billion.
